Crawling is obviously overrated!

Bostyn is not content with sitting still for too long, at this point. She notices toys that are out of her reach, and she becomes determined to get them. As she tucks her knees in, she ends up face planting. Then she will lay on her tummy, and pump her legs and arms, like she is swimming. She started to realize that these efforts were not getting her anywhere, so she has decided to stick with what she knows. Now, when she sees a toy out of reach...no problem...she just barrel rolls her way over. And by the looks of it, she is very proud of herself for figuring out this mystery in life, as she flashes her big smile at mommy and daddy when she arrives at her destination. We are hoping she will explore other options, but for now, she is very happy with her barrel roll. :) LOL

I love my Uncle!

Uncle Ry Ry came to visit me, and I was so excited. The last time I saw him is when I arrived at the hospital, so we had a lot to catch up on. Thanks Uncle Ry Ry for coming to see me.

Beach Boys...

Yup, thats what I said....Beach Boys. Last night, I was able to attend the Beach Boys Concert at Mystic Lake Casino. Once I heard that they were coming in concert, I obviously said to Heather, "we gotta go." Heather did not feel quite the same way, as she looked at me with a face that clearly said, "What the heck for?" (Ha Ha) She agreed to go if I really wanted her too, but I figured, better yet, I would ask Steve (my father-in-law) if he wanted to go, being he loves the oldies.

Not only did Steve agree to go, but he used his "hook-ups" to get us free tickets. (THANKS STEVE). Even though my wife thinks Im crazy, I am pretty excited that I got to see the Beach Boys in concert. Heather's aunt and uncle, Debbie and Danny also went, which made it all the more fun. All in all, it was a great night. And don't worry, Steve and I fit right in with the Beach Boys attire. Thanks again Steve :)
